DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC POLICIES THROUGH ADVOCACY AND NETWORKING

One of the main strategic goals of WR is active lobbying for the improvement of legislation in the area of violence against women, with special emphasis on sexual violence, as well as the development of public policies in the area of sexual violence. 

In order for advocacy activities to be as comprehensive as possible, the experiences of survivors of sexual violence, helpers, experts, advocates and researchers are crucial for us. Consequently, WR is a member of many networks and initiatives, and our members participate in the work of numerous committees, working groups and teams dedicated to the strategic goal of the organization
