Lecture in Osijek

On the occasion of the National Day Against Violence Against Women, Family Center of the Osijek-Baranja County, in cooperation with the Prevention Department of the Police Administration of the  Osijek-Baranja County and the County Team for Violence Prevention, organized a public lecture “Violence against Women in Croatia: progress made and next steps” on September 21, 2012.

The two-hour lecture was held by the Coordinator of Women’s Room, Maja Mamula, Ph.D., a psychologist, at the premises of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, County Chamber Osijek. The response to the lecture was extremely positive, and the lecture was followed by an interesting discussion accompanied by a myriad of examples from the practice of representatives of numerous institutions.
