Women’s Room at the Week of Civil Society Organizations

The week of CSOs has begun. This manifestation has been organized by the City Office for Health, Labor, Social Welfare and War Veterans for the past eight years. This year, the manifestation is being held on Zrinjevac in Zagreb. At the manifestation, citizens are informed about specific civil society organizations and their programs. This week, citizens had opportunity to get informed about work of organizations that deal with persons with disabilities, older persons and veterans of the Homeland War, organizations that implement socio-pedagogical programs (counseling, help lines), programs of technical culture (sailing and Scout clubs), cultural-artistic societies and associations for socially disadvantaged persons who are not included in the existing system of social welfare, as well as associations for prevention of addictions. Maja Vukmanić and Antonija Hojt represented Women’s Room at this manifestation.
